Я отдаю себе отчет, что аллергология – одна из наиболее активно развивающихся медицинских специальностей. Подумать только, пару десятков лет назад мы всерьез считали, что, например, рыбу стоит вводить в рацион ребенка не раньше трех лет, а теперь Европейская академия аллергии и клинической иммунологии EAACI называет введение рыбы после девятимесячного возраста поздним, относя отсроченное знакомство с ней к факторам риска развития аллергии.
Почему рекомендации меняются?
Мы стараемся рекомендовать самые лучшие и безопасные стратегии для лечения и профилактики аллергических заболеваний. Постоянно проводятся самые разные исследования, в том числе наблюдательные, накапливается международный опыт, проводятся мета-анализы множества данных, в результате привычные рекомендации сменяются новыми, показавшими большую эффективность и безопасность.
Поэтому я могу предположить, что через некоторое время что-то из написанного мною может устареть и рекомендации могут измениться. Значит, будет новая книга.
