Движение к психическому здоровью является одновременно движением к духовному миру и социальной гармонии (Maslow, 1971, 144, p. 195).

Теории Абрахама Маслоу находят применение в поразительно широком диапазоне областей человеческой деятельности, от фермы до банка, от групп медитации в армии до детских садов. Они используются при подготовке коммерческой рекламы на телевидении и объявлений органов здравоохранения.

Психология Маслоу вплетена во все сферы американской жизни. Его работа, основанная на внимательном наблюдении, постоянно проникает в различные аспекты нашей культуры.
