Но подобно тому, как вы можете импровизировать при приготовлении блюда по записанному рецепту, точно так же вы можете креативно подойти и к этим рекомендациям. Используйте то, что кажется вам правильным, добавляйте к ним, если хотите, и отбрасывайте то, что вам не подходит. Суть в том, чтобы доверять своей интуиции: используйте свои интуитивные таланты, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно во время еды и освободить себя из темницы диеты.
